Q: Is there a minimum term?

There's a three-month minimum from your go-live date. This covers the setup, deployment, and the time it takes to see the system working. After three months, the retainer runs on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel. The full terms are in your contract before you sign — no surprises.

Q: Can I move to a different tier later?

Yes. Moving up is straightforward. Moving down is possible after your initial term — discuss it with us.

Q: What happens when the founding rate period ends?

After six months, your retainer moves to the standard monthly rate. This is stated clearly in your contract before you sign. No surprises.

Q: What if something stops working — is that an extra cost?

No. Every tier includes monthly management and maintenance. If something breaks, we fix it. That's part of what the retainer covers.

Q: Are there any costs on top of the monthly retainer?
